Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Encourage independence wherever possible.
• Respond to call bells with care and urgency.
• Communicate with the Charge Nurse and Enhanced Living Director.
• Assist with transfers (bed to chair, etc.).
• Report changes in physical or mental status; act as eyes and ears for quality care.
