Messiah Lifeways is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support Enhanced Living residents with daily living tasks and personal care. You will work closely with the nursing team to encourage independence and respond to call bells with care and urgency.

After 90 days, there is an opportunity to grow into a Med Tech role within a mission-driven community that serves adults 55+ with compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Comfort with tech (Microsoft Office, POC systems, databases).
• A collaborative spirit – you work well with residents, families, and teammates.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organization skills that keep you steady even on busy days.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Encourage independence wherever possible.
• Respond to call bells with care and urgency.
• Communicate with the Charge Nurse and Enhanced Living Director.
• Assist with transfers (bed - chair, etc.).
• Report changes in physical or mental status.
