Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Personal Care Medication Aide/Caregiver to distribute medications and provide daily care to residents in the household. This role supports self-care, daily living activities, and team collaboration to promote comfort and dignity.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
High school diploma/equivalent required unless active on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
Must be able to successfully complete required medication training.
Previous Aide experience preferred.
Must possess the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Distribute medications and treatments to residents.
Provide the general duties and responsibilities of the household caregiver.
Promote residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building.
Plan and facilitate social activities for residents of the household.
Support the household homemaker in maintaining a clean, safe environment and assist with personal laundry.
