Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Driver/PCA to transport participants safely to appointments and assist with daily needs in centers or homes. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a compassionate, hands-on approach to care.

You will support participants with transfers, operate wheelchair lifts, and help with daily activities while maintaining safety and quality service. Training and mentorship are provided to grow within the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain after hire (training provided).
• Valid State driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Transport participants to and from appointments and centers.
• Assist participants on and off the vehicle with care.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and secure mobility devices; follow safety procedures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs.
• Provide Personal Care Aide tasks when needed, including bathing and toileting.
• Communicate with participants, families, staff, and outside agencies.
