Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to oversee coordination of transplant patient care across the care continuum. You will collaborate with patients, families and a multidisciplinary team to assess needs and plan care, delivering education and leading quality improvement efforts.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS and within three years obtain CCTC or CCTN certification; three years of RN experience preferred.

Competenze

• RN license by state requirements and active license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers.
• Coordinators must obtain CCTC or CCTN within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience; 3 years preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to unpredictable situations.
