Job summary

Spring River Rehabilitation & Care Center in Roswell, NM is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time roles. You will provide and oversee direct nursing care, perform resident assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

As a trusted clinical leader, you’ll mentor nursing staff and students, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and contribute to a culture focused on resident-centered care, safety, and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in NM in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee nursing care per care plans and orders.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff.
• Document accurately in EMR.
