Job summary

Spring River Rehabilitation & Care Center in Roswell, New Mexico, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for residents, emphasizing safety, dignity, and quality of life. The RN will perform assessments, implement care plans, and serve as a clinical resource.

Key duties include medication administration, documentation, monitoring for changes in condition, and supervision of LPNs and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Active NM RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to recognize changes in resident condition.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents according to clinical needs.
• Provide nursing care per orders and care plans.
