Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a current New Mexico CNA certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is preferred; new CNAs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Safely transfer and reposition residents using appropriate equipment per care plans.
• Record vital signs and report changes to supervising staff.
• Observe residents for condition changes and escalate concerns promptly.
