Spring River Rehabilitation & Care Center in Roswell, New Mexico is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, high‑quality outcomes.

This role requires an accredited LPN program graduate with an active NM license, CPR/BLS certification, and a compassionate, person‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current, active LPN license in New Mexico.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff.
• Document accurately in the EMR.
