Spring River Rehabilitation & Care Center in Roswell, NM is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver comprehensive resident care, assess conditions, administer medications, and oversee nursing staff. This role emphasizes clinical leadership, coordination with families and providers, and maintaining high-quality outcomes for residents.

The RN will ensure safety, dignity, and comfort for residents while supporting professional growth and teamwork within our dedicated facility.

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico RN license in good standing or applicable NM authorization.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Strong resident-assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to recognize and respond to changes in resident condition.
• Strong medication-management and clinical documentation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide clinical direction to nursing team.
• New graduate RNs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents according to their clinical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per provider orders.
• Coordinate care plans and clinical documentation.
• Serve as a resource for LPNs, CNAs, and other team members.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and professional communication.
• Identify concerns requiring follow-up and ensure follow-through.
