Citadel Healthcare in Bourbonnais, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will assess, implement, and evaluate care plans for residents, ensuring accurate and timely nursing services.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Illinois RN license.
• Nursing degree/diploma from accredited program.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care to residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, resident rooms, and treatment areas.
• Take and record vital signs; administer catheter care and IV therapy as licensed.
• Document nursing notes reflecting care provided and resident responses.
• Ensure safety and adherence to infection control standards; report non-compliance.
• Coordinate with non-licensed staff to meet care standards and resident needs.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff per policy.
• Implement and update care plans; recommend changes per professional standards.
