Citadel Healthcare in Bourbonnais is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. The RN will be responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans, and coordinating with physicians and staff to ensure quality outcomes.

This role requires excellent English communication, compassion for residents, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. A current IL RN license and a nursing degree are required.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified RN with active IL license and nursing degree/diploma.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and compassionate care are essential.

Aufgaben

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and per standards.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work areas and treatment spaces.
• Monitors vital signs and administers IV therapy as licensed.
• Documents care and resident responses accurately.
• Ensures safety and compliance with infection control policies.
• Communicates with residents, families, physicians, and staff as required.
