Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the MVH-Silver Bay facility. The role involves rotating evening and night shifts (3:00pm–11:30pm and 11:00pm–7:30am) with weekly hours and benefits.

You will assess residents, administer care, and coordinate nursing activities to ensure quality care. The position requires MN RN licensure, BLS/ CPR, good communication, and proficiency with electronic charting (PointClickCare).

Formación

• Licensed in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions and in good standing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
• Effective communication sufficient to provide and follow instructions and teach skills to residents.
• Computer skills sufficient to complete electronic charting, specifically in PointClickCare.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for residents by assessing needs and supporting social and emotional well-being.
• Implement orders and routines; report and interpret observations.
• Maintain resident charts and records and coordinate unit activities.
• Follow health and safety rules to ensure security.
