Job summary

Minnesota Veterans Home-Bemidji is seeking an HST-CNA to provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents in a long-term nursing facility. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensure safety, and support residents to reach their highest functional abilities in a respectful environment.

The position is part-time, night shift (10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.), with benefits and a potential new-hire bonus.

Qualifications

• Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Nursing Assistant Registry OR be registered by the time of hire;
• Able to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and take clear notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ensure safety and quality of care.
• Help residents attain highest functional capabilities.
