Job summary

IntersectHC is seeking an LPN for part-time shifts in Detroit, MI. The role involves coordinating nursing care for residents, performing meds and treatments, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident conditions and develop care plans.
• Administer medications per physician orders and facility policies.
• Perform wound care, catheter care, IV therapy, and other treatments as directed.
• Document in PCC and coordinate with DON and Unit Managers.
• Monitor resident safety and report incidents or changes to physicians.
