Job summary

Responsibilities include data collection, developing and implementing care plans, and educating patients and families throughout admission to discharge, with shifts including days and weekends.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required for certain units.
• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.
• One year experience in department clinical specialty.
• Current Michigan driver's license with proof of valid auto insurance and a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care procedures and administers medications.
• Performs assessment data collection focusing on age, health, and cognitive status.
• Develops and implements a plan of care to meet patient goals and education needs.
