Job summary

Abrazo West Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit. You will coordinate care planning, supervise others when asked, and ensure patient safety and quality outcomes through the nursing process.

You will participate in hourly rounding and uphold safety guidelines while delivering compassionate bedside care to diverse patient populations in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in AZ
• CPR certification
• ACLS as applicable by facility
• ER/ICU/Endoscopy/Tele/Cardiac Cath L&D ACLS on orientation

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs on admission and ongoing
• Determine nursing diagnoses from assessment data
• Set patient population outcome goals with input from patient and family
• Individualize care plans to patient needs
• Implement orders and ensure appropriateness
• Carry out other tasks as assigned
