Job summary

Menlo Park SNF Healthcare, LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervisor directions. Qualifications

• Must possess a state-accepted CNA license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum 10th grade education.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments, meals, etc., using wristband/photo card.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain resident room readiness and comfort; greet and orient residents.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality of care information.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood/body fluids and infection control.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as trained.
• Complete tasks per established policies and supervisor instructions.
