Northglenn is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support daily personal care for residents in our assisted living community. You will assist with ADLs, monitor safety, and document care with empathy and professionalism.

You will work on a team, follow care plans, perform vital signs when needed, and help create a respectful, comfortable living environment for residents and families alike.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance (grooming, bathing, dressing) as requested.
• Attend to residents' personal care needs promptly.
• Follow residents' service plans and document care.
• Document and report care and observations.
• Perform vital signs and measurements.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents.
• Report changes to supervisor.
• Infectious control practices and universal precautions.
