Legend Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities in a caring community. You will assist with personal care, meals, grooming, and social engagement while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document shift notes and resident records accurately.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns clearly to Health Care Director and next shift staff.
• Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
