Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide nursing and personal care under the Wellness Director's supervision in an Assisted Living setting. You will help residents with daily activities and ensure their health and safety in a compliant, compassionate environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming; documenting changes in condition; maintaining clean living spaces; and following service plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be free from communicable diseases/Tuberculosis.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain before working independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and restorative nursing as directed.
• Report changes in residents' condition and needs to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of residents' beds and living areas.
• Ensure work areas are safe and equipment properly stored.
• Respect resident confidentiality and follow service plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
