Vitality-Livin in Lakeview, MS seeks a dedicated Personal Care Specialist to assist residents with daily activities and basic treatments according to individual service plans. You will support emotional health, assist with routine tasks, and help maintain a safe, dignified living environment.

The role requires strong communication in English, adherence to health regulations, and willingness to participate in onboarding and ongoing trainings.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state health-related requirements and maintain any required certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with simple treatments and emotional health needs as indicated in service plans.
• Perform other services for residents (e.g., laundry and pet care) as indicated in service plans.
• Observe and report resident problems to supervisor or designated lead.
• Attend onboarding, annual and in‑service trainings and team meetings; adhere to policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director.
