Job summary

Vitality Living is seeking devoted staff to support residents with daily activities and care. You will follow service plans, assist with treatments, and address emotional or behavioral needs while maintaining dignity and safety. Opportunities to contribute in laundry and pet care may arise, with training provided.

Commitment to clear communication in English, adherence to policies, and teamwork with Wellness Directors and LPNs is essential for a supportive community environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Respect for residents and commitment to dignity and choice.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with simple treatments as indicated in service plans.
• Assist with emotional health and behavioral needs per service plans.
• Perform other services for residents (laundry, pet care) as indicated in service plans.
• Observe and report resident problems to supervisors or on-duty staff.
• Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team meetings.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
