Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents. You will report incidents, follow policies, assist with meals and activities, maintain confidentiality, and support move-in transitions; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness within 60 days is required; weekend/holiday availability and ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Harmony seeks compassionate team players.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations as applicable.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident apartments, dining areas, and common spaces as directed.
• Report incidents and care concerns to supervisor (HCD, RN/LPN, or ED).
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Support move-in transitions and provide emotional support to new residents.
