Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support our Assisted Living, AL Memory Care, and Independent Living residents in Hilliard, Ohio. The RCA is responsible for various non-certified routine services, including assistance with daily living activities and meal services, ensuring residents' comfort and wellbeing.

Qualified candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred and prior relevant experience is beneficial. The position offers comprehensive medical benefits starting within the first 30 days, weekly pay, PTO, tuition assistance, and inclusive care options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry services for residents.
• Provide resident assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist with all aspects of meal service for residents.
• Answer resident call lights promptly.
• Check on residents unable to call for help frequently.
• Assist clinical staff to make residents comfortable.
• Assist with personal care responsibilities per state guidelines.
