Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care, monitoring, and report changes to the resident care manager.
• Build open relationships with residents through interaction and support.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and helping residents eat as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties within the community and assist in activities.
• Maintain accurate resident records and medication counts per AFC regulations.
