Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, interact with residents with a positive attitude, and follow infection control guidelines to ensure high-quality service.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and adhering to vaccination policies, with opportunities for training, development, and the chance to contribute to a supportive team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• COVID-19 vaccination compliance.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand/sit/bend for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
