Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, and help ensure a positive resident experience.

You must follow infection control procedures, report maintenance needs, and work with staff to deliver high-quality service. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is necessary;

Qualifications

• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff and management.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions.
• Follow safety guidelines and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and safety incidents.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Provide courteous, responsive customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
