Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care setting. You will interact with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent service while following infection control policies.

The role emphasizes daily cleaning tasks, safety procedures, and proper reporting of maintenance needs. Candidates must meet physical requirements and adhere to vaccination policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.
• Maintains a positive attitude and communicates effectively with occupants and staff.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions for a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests, delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
