Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning, follow safety procedures, and provide excellent service to residents and staff.

The role emphasizes infection control, teamwork, and reliable task execution. Eligibility includes being able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass vaccination requirements; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with occupants and leadership.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Physical ability to lift/push up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
