Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. Join a team dedicated to excellent resident experiences and community impact.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, infection control, and positive interactions with residents and staff. The role requires good communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; vaccinate policies apply where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions for a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests, providing excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
