Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will join a team dedicated to positively impacting resident experiences and community well-being.

Responsibilities include daily housekeeping, infection control, and clear communication with residents and staff. Requirements include a high school diploma and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; residency within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
