Senior Lifestyle seeks caring individuals to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program, helping with daily activities and maintaining dignity. You will provide emotional support, document care, and follow schedules set by supervisors.

Applicants should have at least one year in senior care, be proficient in English, and may need a CNA/CHHA license depending on state. Strong teamwork and compassionate service are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escorts.
• Follow resident care schedules set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily care logs.
• Inform supervisor of any issues or concerns.
• Respect residents’ independence and dignity.
