Job summary

Montecito Community Healthcare, LLC is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care for residents in accordance with their care plans and supervisor directions.

You will identify residents before procedures, document care, report changes in condition, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain a warm, safe environment while protecting residents' privacy. CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and document care.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries and report changes in resident condition.
• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plans and supervisor directions.
• Transport residents between rooms and to vehicles as needed.
• Maintain a warm, safe, and calm environment on the unit.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
