Job summary

Costa Del Sol Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care to residents in our Santa Monica facility. You will follow care plans, document observations, and assist with meals, hygiene, and mobility to promote comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include identifying residents before procedures, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining patient confidentiality, and cooperating with the care team to deliver consistent service.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA per state requirements.
• Ability to read and follow care plans and policies.
• Strong communication with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures and treatments.
• Record entries accurately in charts with descriptive notes.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare resident rooms and assist with transfers and meals.
• Observe for pressure areas and report skin issues.
• Ensure safety and hygiene in residents' rooms.
• Participate in nursing reports and shift handover.
