Job summary

You will work closely with nursing staff to ensure resident comfort and safety, prepare rooms, and support daily activities while safeguarding confidentiality and dignity in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents using wristband or photo card before procedures or meals.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, charts, and notes as required.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe room environment and assist with daily resident care tasks.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials.
