Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify residents using wristbands or photo IDs before procedures.
• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets and charts.
• Report all accidents and incidents promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and prevent unauthorized access.
