Job summary

Auburn Oaks Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with resident plans and supervisor directions. You will identify residents, document care, and support bedside routines while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, reporting condition changes, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Perform nursing tasks only within trained scope and scope of practice.
• Keep resident rooms ready and comfortable; assist with transfers and daily needs.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality of health information.
