Job summary

Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with care plans. You will assist residents with personal care, monitor conditions, document changes, and communicate with nurses.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, assisting with mobility, reporting issues, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring residents' comfort while preserving confidentiality and safety. CPR preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments and meals as necessary.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care to promote comfort and safety.
