Job summary

Arden Park Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a warm, safe environment on the unit.

The role requires a minimum 10th grade education, a valid CNA license, and CPR is preferred. You will work closely with nursing staff, document care, monitor residents’ conditions, and support

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with state law.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries accurately and in a descriptive manner.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities and care tasks as trained.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure safety.
