Job summary
Alden Lakeland Post-Acute Rehabilitation & Health Care seeks a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care to residents in a structured, regulation-driven setting. You will support activities of daily living, monitor health indicators, and contribute to care planning under supervision.
Requires completion of a nursing arts course and CPR certification, plus English proficiency. Prior experience in elder care is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a nursing arts course in an accredited program.
- Must possess current CPR certificate or become certified within two weeks of employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with daily nursing care.
- Assist with activities of daily living and care plans.
- Maintain intake and output records and monitor health indicators.
- Respond to call lights promptly and assist with transfers and mobility.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents.
- Participate in Quality Assurance and in-service education.
