Job summary

Arbor Post Acute in Chico, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents using wristband or photo ID before care or treatments.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as directed.
• Record care and change logs clearly and accurately in charts/flow sheets.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain the confidentiality of resident information and protect privacy.
