Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Jacksonville, IL seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide daily nursing care and assist with activities for assigned residents according to care plans. The position supports memory care and general nursing services within a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator.
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training to obtain CNA certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food; record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
