Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Illinois seeks a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily nursing care per care plans and facility procedures. You will work under supervision to support residents with daily activities, meals, and personal care, while following safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Provide compassionate routine nursing care per care plans.
• Attend scheduled training to obtain CNA certification.
• Assist residents with daily hygiene and meals.
• Record intake and monitor basic health notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide each resident with compassionate daily nursing care and services as directed by care plans.
• Attend training classes to obtain CNA certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals, serve food, and record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
