Responsibilities

• Assist residents with lifts, moves, and transports using proper body mechanics.
• Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from residents and visitors.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate observations to care staff.
• Promote a homelike environment and respectful interactions.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.
• Attend trainings, drills, and emergency plan activations.
• Assist with evacuation of residents during emergencies.
• Meet annual health requirements (TB test verification).
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
