Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares such as bathing, grooming, and nail care.
• Assist with dressing, grooming and oral care as assigned.
• Assist in use of hearing aids and glasses for residents.
• Administer medications as delegated by RN.
• Observe residents and report changes to RN.
• Maintain safety and HIPPA compliance.
• Document care activities and provide companionship to promote independence.
