Job summary

Spring Arbor of Apex is seeking dedicated Resident Assistants to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care teams, with full-time and part-time openings across all shifts. The role involves providing resident care services under the supervision of the Resident Services Director, ensuring a positive physical and social environment.

Qualified candidates will hold an active CNA or PCA certification, have 1–5 years of related health care experience, and demonstrate reliability and compassion.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year related health care experience required.
• In any Community with an Ensemble Program, applicant must successfully complete required dementia training.
• Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care services as scheduled under supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Maintain resident service plan records and document services provided.
• Coordinate with Resident Services Director and team to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors.
• Support programming and operations of the neighborhood.
• Additional duties as assigned per full job description.
