Spring Arbor of Greenville is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant (CNA/PCA) to provide direct resident care under supervision. You will support daily living activities, assist with meals, and respond to emergencies, helping maintain a safe, respectful senior living environment.

The role requires compassion, reliability, and teamwork in a busy care setting. Certifications like CPR/First Aid are valued, with state licensure requirements followed as applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or service environment preferred.
• CNA certification preferred; Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certificate may be accepted. CNA certification may be required in some states.
• Must have CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Must meet applicable state certification and licensure requirements.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s or memory-impaired residents preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bath, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility).
• Provide dining support, service meals, and assist with meals and snacks.
• Respond promptly to emergency call systems and requests for assistance.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Document care in accordance with policies and state regulations.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings as required.
