Job summary

Spring Arbor of Bristol is hiring a Resident Assistant to support memory care residents in a compassionate, safe environment. The role involves hands-on care, documenting services, and collaborating with the Resident Services Director.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and daily records, while promoting a positive and secure setting for residents and staff. Competitive benefits accompany full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year health care experience.
• Dementia training if required by Ensemble Program.
• Positive criminal background screening.
• Drug-free workplace policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care services as scheduled under RSD supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Document services and maintain resident service plans.
• Maintain communication with Resident Services team for continuity of care.
• Promote a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Support neighborhood programming and operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
