Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Heber Springs, AR seeks a Resident Assistant to deliver compassionate routine nursing care under supervisor guidance. You will support residents per care plans and participate in CNA training opportunities, while assisting with daily personal care and meal support.

The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to facility policies to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education; HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate routine daily nursing care and services.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training to obtain CNA certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions.
• Prepare residents for meals, serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
